So it has been a while!?! I know I know…I apologise!
The reason I have been quiet is that to be honest, I haven’t been on an away trip in a while. I would love to blame the harsh winter conditions but not so. I have 2 reviews that are pending, but a change of laptop, camera and phone have ultimately led to a delay. You can look forward to these reviews in the coming weeks though.
However, the lack of updates has given me the opportunity to review a few things. Firstly the title of my blog.
It has been brought to my attention that “Pie and Bovril” ( pieandbovril.com )is already well established as the biggest Scottish Football fans forum on the web already! Damn it! I don’t want to be seen as a copy cat website so I am going to reveal a new name and lick of paint in the coming weeks.
Secondly, my blog will now not only deal with reviewing football grounds but generally be a place for me to discuss my football thoughts, musings, predictions and anything else that comes into my head really. It is a place of much activity (my head…not this blog yet!) so hopefully I can start to entertain, provoke discussion/argument and generally this blog can educate people to my way of thinking! Think of it as an argument in the pub with your mates over football, except not with your mates and not in the pub…you know what i mean!
I will start by blogging tomorrow about my beloved Rangers and our current prediciment (new buyers, title charge, future) and hopefully deal with all that swiftly!
